We all went to North Carolina to visit Grandma and Pop-Pop and the Garcia cousins. We enjoyed a week of beautiful weather (except for the last day) Tory had a fun time at the Children's Museum with cousin Gabby and also got her first taste of "Grandma cookies"
Earlier she had a visit to the allergist to re-test for food allergies.
Her ability to speak and communicate what she wants is really good. She is getting pretty bossy. She definitely found her assertiveness this month....aka screaming when you take something she wants away. (The tantrums are coming.) Most of the time she is very sweet...using "Please", "Thank You", and "Your Welcome" ....don't try to kiss her though....she does not like affection. If you're lucky she will let you kiss her forehead.
Her new favorite things are Mr. Potato Head, the word "awesome", Dr. Seuss books, Mommy's chicken soup, Grandma's gingerbread cookies, butterflies...(aka "flies"), singing songs, puppies, and shoes.
