Tory turned 4 months old last week and she has really changed so much in such a short time. She is finally is starting to take regular naps. Thank God! She has been sleeping in her room full time for the last month, although we still haven't packed up the cradle yet (we will have to take some pictures of her room for the next post)
She is much more alert and reactive. She loves the telephone and starts blabbing when she sees Mom talking on it. She just started grabbing for things and is starting to play with toys. She finally showed an interest in Disney (the cat) today. He enjoyed her swatting his head but didn't appreciate too much having a clump of his fur pulled out.
Tory celebrated grandpa Stan's birthday last week and her big sisters birthday last Sunday. We are finding out that she has allergies to milk and some other things not yet known. So for the last couple of weeks we switched her to hypoallergenic formula and Mommy has been real careful not to eat dairy. Its been tough but she is doing much better now. She went to the allergist this week to try to track the source of the nasty eczema rash she had. She had to get blood drawn and was so patient and didn't freak out too much.
The best news of all.....Tory has a new cousin, Dmitri who was adopted from Russia and on his way home with his new Mommy and Daddy to Ohio! Hopefully we will get pictures of him soon.
